Argentina have released the new home shirt they will wear at the 2010 World Cup finals after assuring their qualification with a 1-0 win on their final group game against Uraguay.
The new Argentina football kit is manufactured by Adidas and follows the traditional light blue and white stripes that you would expect from an Argentina home shirt. The Adidas badge us just below the collar of the shirt, which is white, with the country badge on theleft chest. The shoulders are solid blue with the traditional three stripes of Adidas running down the shoulders in white.
Argentina had one of the most turbulent qualifications for the 2010 World Cup we have seen in a long while. Argentine legend Diego Maradona took charge of the Argentina national side in 2008 and although he started well, winning his firth three matches, Argentina looked like possibly missing out on qualification for the World Cup, however two victories in the last two matches was just enough to see Argentina qualify and take their place at the tournament. As they have now qualified, the new Argentina World Cup Shirt has been released.
